Thank You for Another Record Year Of MPCI Sales

Thanks to the determined efforts of Rain and Hail’s elite agent force and field and division staff, a new MPCI premium record for Rain and Hail and the industry has been established by exceeding the 1999 Rain and Hail MPCI premium total of $502 million.

In addition, Rain and Hail is on a record pace to timely complete 2000 processing. This record pace could not have been achieved without the outstanding collective efforts of agents submitting information timely and division staff booking premium. Rain and Hail’s goal has always been to be the “best” first, largest second. Rain and Hail agents and field and division staff continue to make it happen.

Electronic imaging (EIS), common processing procedures, division cooperation, and combined skills and efforts are largely responsible for the record pace. EIS is being expanded again, giving Rain and Hail even more capacity to speed processing. Why is timely processing important? Timely processing translates into prompter claims service and additional time for education and service for America’s farmers.

Heavy claims are being reported in several areas of the country. Once again, Rain and Hail is proving its service by moving adjusting resources to areas with high claims loads and working and settling claims as quickly as possible. By continued cross utilization of the processing skills, claims skills of adjusters, and internal claims staff, Rain and Hail will maintain its position as the best and the largest.

Thank you to all those responsible for making Rain and Hail the crop insurance industry leader. And a special thanks to the over 200,000 farmers who entrust their crop insurance business with Rain and Hail.
