Dear Livestock Agents:

Rain and Hail LLC signed a Livestock Reinsurance Agreement with the Risk Management Agency of the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation and has reestablished sales of the pilot programs of LRP and LGM to qualifying producers for the 2005 crop year.

Rain and Hail LLC completed all of the mandatory training for Agents, Employee’s and Adjusters prior to the resumption of sales the afternoon of September 30, 2004.

Producers seeking coverage for their swine, fed cattle or feeder cattle in approved States should seek a trained Rain and Hail LLC Agent to review policy details and coverage requirement.

Capacity is limited and will be available to producers through our appointed Agency force on a first come first served basis.
