Rain and Hail Congratulates Brett Ray Reiss for Being Named the National Winner of the FFA Proficiency Award for Diversified Crop

On November 1, 2002, The National FFA Organization (FFA) announced Brett Ray Reiss of Plains, Kansas, the national winner of the National FFA Proficiency Award in Diversified Crop Production - Placement. The proficiency awards recognize outstanding student achievement in agribusiness gained through establishment of a new business, working for an existing company or otherwise gaining hands-on career experience.
Reiss, a member of the Southwestern Heights FFA Chapter, became eligible for the national award after winning the Kansas state FFA competition earlier this year.

This award is sponsered in part by Rain and Hail, L.L.C. as a special project of the National FFA Foundation.
