SUBJECT: 2006 Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) 18010 Crop Insurance Handbook

The 2006 FCIC 18010 Crop Insurance Handbook (CIH) has been issued on the Risk Management Agency (RMA) website at www.rma.usda.gov/data/directives.html#18000. The CIH provides program procedures effective for the 2006 crop year. The CIH Summary of Change highlights modifications to the 2006 CIH resulting from industry and RMA suggestions.
